Micheal Flynn, Bill Barr, Hillary Clinton, James Comey: No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring These [Provable] Charges

When a prosecutor does not prosecute, they say one phrase, the standard used to be: I dont have a provable charge. That means either they didn't do it, they did it but no one can prove it, or you can prove it but you like them so wink and burn a document or something.

No reasonable prosecutor would bring these charges means they did it, and for no reason at all, they get to go home. Now they can just break the law and go home. Barr and Comey did the same fucking at our rule of law.

I got some questions, Mr. Comey, after you uttered this "no reasonable prosecutor" sentence could you have said truthfully "I dont have a provable charge"? If not, and since she was never in jeopardy, and the statute of limitations ain't up, why ain't she charged? Why dont you undo this travesty so we can deal with Flynn also?

For anyone who did not read the Mueller report, Flynn did in fact make foriegn policy with the Ambassador to Russia which is a crime (and borderline treason by the way), then he lied about it and was charged with lying. Which he in fact did, and he pleaded guilty so he's guilty. That put him farther along in the process than Hillary, she was guilty of many felonies but never charged, convicted or plead.

See how the line keeps moving? They can literally break the law and go home. They can all tell us they broke the law, we can investigate and catch them and they go home, they can even admit it now, and they can go home. "I don't have a provable charge" was a much better standard, it's still the standard, but just for us, not them. These people suck on both sides, no one is looking out for us.
